RMS NOTE:

• The sample response pages are best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. Lower screen resolutions may require you to use the scroll bar to see all the possible answers.
• The order and number of response screens will be queued up according to your selections in order to limit the screens to only those that are necessary to properly record your response.

General Instructions:

Sampling begins when the worker receives email notification on a random date and time selected by the RmsPLUS System. The circled Subject will be followed by the workers name and sample number.
